This is an anonymous research and teaching tool from Hong Kong Baptist University. By continuing you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

  • What is recorded. The presentation slides and speaking script you upload, the feedback generated for you, timestamps, and basic page interactions are stored for research and teaching.
  • Where your data stays. Your materials are processed and stored on the project's own servers. They are not sold and not used to train third-party models.
  • Anonymous by design. No login, no email, no name, and no internet-protocol address are stored with your session. Sessions are tagged only with a random identifier.
  • De-identify clinical material. Do not upload patient-identifiable information. Remove names, dates, and any detail that could identify a patient before you upload a case report.
  • Formative use only. The feedback is generated by a language model to support your learning. You must verify all medical facts, statistics, drug names, acupoint names, and conclusions yourself.
  • Your choice. You can close the browser tab at any time. For questions or deletion requests, contact simonwang@hkbu.edu.hk and quote the session identifier shown in the top-right corner.

How this tool works · why we built it 工具流程与由来

Where it comes from. This tool grew out of the real teacher feedback standards used by experienced teachers at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine for assessing students' English conference presentations. Those standards — how a slide deck and a speaking script should be judged for a five-minute international medical talk — are distilled into the rubric this tool runs on, so the feedback echoes what a teacher would actually check. 本工具源自广州中医药大学资深教师团队评价学生英文会议演讲的真实标准。我们把这些评分标准 (如何评判一套幻灯片和一份讲稿)提炼为工具所用的评分细则,因此反馈贴近老师真正会检查的内容。

  1. Learn first. A few short lessons on slide design and talk structure before you build your own. 先学一步:几节关于幻灯片设计与演讲结构的短课。
  2. Upload & get feedback. Add your slides (.pptx / .pdf) and script; receive a structured, rubric-based report with a prioritised list of fixes. 上传并获取反馈:提交幻灯片与讲稿,得到基于评分标准的结构化报告与优先修改清单。
  3. Revise your slides. Edit each slide with an AI assistant that remembers what you changed since the last round. 修改幻灯片:在能记住你上一轮改动的 AI 助教帮助下逐页编辑。
  4. Rehearse out loud. A teleprompter, a five-minute timer, and voice recording, then two-track feedback on what you said and how you said it. 大声排练:提词器、五分钟计时与录音,随后就「内容」与「表达」给出两方面反馈。
  5. Question & answer. A short Q&A simulation built from your own talk, with quick coaching on each answer. 问答模拟:根据你的演讲生成简短问答,并对每个回答给出点评。
